SHIPPING AND HANDLING
At Mango Vapes ALL ORDERS ARE SENT VIA CANADA POST and packaged discreetly for your security. Canada Post allows us to send our products anywhere in Canada quickly and at low cost. We make our best efforts to ensure that we ship all in-stock orders placed prior to 1:30PM EST that same business day. Any backordered items will ship as soon as they are back in-stock. Any order received after 1:30PM EST is shipped the next business day. Business days DO NOT INCLUDE WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS as our shipping provider does not operate on these days.
*Shipping rates are calculated at the checkout page where a delivery estimate will be shown.
PROOF OF AGE REQUIRED
We utilize the Proof of Age (18+, 19+ or 21+ depending on your province) option ON EVERY SINGLE PACKAGE, no exceptions. This means that a signature will be obtained upon delivery of all shipments. If you are not home when delivery is attempted, the package will be left at your nearest post office, where you will be required to show government identification as Proof of Age to sign and receive the package.
*Any fees associated with packages that are Returned to Sender because Proof of Age was not able to be determined, will NOT receive a refund.
E-TRANSFER AS PAYMENT METHOD
Your order will not be fulfilled until we receive payment in full.

- Please include your order number (MGxxxxxx) in the notes section when e-transferring from your Financial Institution. This will assist us to more quickly match your payment with your order
Additionally, you may be prompted to set up a security question/answer when sending e-transfers from certain financial institutions. We advise you to use the question and answer below;
